EM-12 : Extruded Backdraft Damper, Horizontal Mount
Model EM-12 is a horizontally mounted aluminum backdraft damper designed to permit vertical upward airflow while preventing reverse (downward) flow when the fan is off. The blades open under system pressure differential and close by gravity, providing dependable, power-free backdraft protection. An intake-side flange allows secure attachment, and adjustable counterbalance weights assist blade opening.
